Respiratory disorder -


Garlic can prove to be extremely beneficial for asthma patients. Breathe easily, so heat a petal of garlic and eat it with salt. To reduce asthma, take two spoons of honey and 10 drops of garlic juice in a cup of warm water. Boiling 3 petals of Lahsun in milk before sleeping can reduce asthma pain at night to a great extent. To get relief from asthma, grind one garlic finely and put it in 120 ml malt vinegar and boil it.
After cooling down, filter and prepare the same amount of honey. Take this chemical before sleeping with 2 teaspoons of fenugreek extracts. Boil one gram of garlic and 250 ml of milk in a liter of water to get relief in pneumonia. Continue to boil until it is one fourth. Take this milk thrice a day. To get relief in tuberculosis, garlic should be boiled in milk, it has been told in Ayurveda.

Constipation-

Garlic helps to flush out the body's toxins. The secretion of digestive juices is good, due to which the movement of the intestines gets stirred. In any digestive disorder, blood sugar or extracts can be taken with water. Use of garlic is beneficial in bacterial infection of the intestines. It is also an insecticide and provides great benefit by eating two bales of garlic daily.

To reduce the increased blood pressure, a sauce made of garlic, mint, cumin, coriander, black pepper and sand salt should be consumed.

Heart Trouble-

Regular intake of garlic helps in the easy release of Cholesterol which is deposited in the blood vessel and is less likely to cause a heart attack.

If there is a possibility of heart attack, then one must take 5-6 petals every day. Taking garlic with milk is also very beneficial for health.

Cancer-


Continuation of regular consumption of garlic in cancer increases the number of white blood cells and reduces the growth of cancer cells by 139%.
Skin Diseases  -


Regular garlic should be applied on the face to reduce nail and pimples. Rubbing garlic on the skin where there has been an outbreak of shingles, it is cured by burning the bad skin. Garlic purifies the blood and removes toxic substances from the blood. To remove wounds and scars, apply garlic juice 3: 1 in this non-sterile clean water.
